Great assortment

Ed is a true gentlemen and really cares about his customers and fishing. I ordered the Freshwater kit, Fishing tackle and pole. The kit arrived and was missing two hooks and a Wacky o-Ring( I later discovered I was only missing one hook). But in the mean time I emailed Ed Hitchcock, Owner of Tailored Tackle, and told him the kit was missing a few items. He wrote back a sincere apology and informed me that an entire new Freshwater kit was on its way. WOW! Not what I expected at all. I later found one of the hooks I thought was missing and I wrote Ed and apologized for my mistake. He wrote back and said it was no worries and that Tailored Tackle works very hard to build long term relationships with customers. Nothing but class. Like I said a real gentlemen.

Rod snapped. Emailed them and they responded same day and shipped next day. Loved the rod and reel before it broke.
