Customer service is great. I appreciated the interest in assisting in finding a solution to the problem of our older system and throughly explaining the advantages and pricing of a new system. Continued 11 yr. satisfied customer using a dependable product. Thank you Tadi and Tin.

I HAVE HAD TWO SEPARATE INCIDENTS WITH VENDOR HENCE THIS SECOND REVIEW FIRST REVIEW was submitted after the company failed to respond for over a month to numerous phone, email, and website inquiries regarding the replacement of the $600+ digital cameras system which had failed upon the very first use. Once I posted the review, THEN the vendor finally responded, agreeing to replace the system. I returned the defective product immediately and was told that it would be replaced. ANOTHER 5-6 WEEKS passed with no response from them to numerous inquiries, so I had to purchase another camera system for my RV and I again emailed and called asking for a refund since replacement had taken too long. Despite that request, I received an email a day or so later (July) reflecting a UPS shipping invoice that they were sending me a package. I no longer needed (or wanted) their product and called and emailed again asking them NOT to send replacement but to refund me. The package never arrived and UPS tracking clearly shows that the only CREATED A LABEL, the package was never shipped...and I never got a refund, so after waiting a few more weeks I filed a chargeback against my credit card, which immediately credited me back. Yesterday, in September, I got a call from my credit card company saying that Tadi Brothers says they DID send a replacement camera so my credit was being removed. After another wasted hour on the phone I provided the CC bank with the supposed shipping notice from Tadi from July and a copy of the UPS tracking site confirming that the package was never shipped. Now I"m sitting here HOPING my credit card reimbursement will remain.

I had questions on the RV 3D Camera Systems. I called the Sales Department and spoke with Jeff. He answered all of my questions and made some good recommendations. I purchased on of the Systems and am looking forward to having it installed. The Labor Day prices are great. Thanks again to Jeff.
