Fast service good information

I ordered a parking sensor system. The system they sent me was different than what I ordered. They advised that they had upgraded me. The system they sent me did not have the features I wanted so I requested a refund. They advised I would have to pay return shipping, even though it was not the item I had ordered. They further advised they no longer sell the item I ordered even though they continue to list it on their website. Additional information: After I posted this review, I was contacted by Tadi Brothers. They advised that if I removed the review, they would send me a prepaid label to return the item and issue a refund. Obviously this is how they get so many five star reviews. If you have an issue, they won’t rectify it, unless you’re one of the customers who goes to the trouble of writing a bad review. Then they force you to remove the review in order to get a refund and a prepaid shipping label.
