I clicked the chat to talk to Rose, who I thought was going to be a bot and I would not get my answers, but it was quite the opposite. Rose was a real and very patient person who talked me through all of my options as I went back-and-forth through different configurations for improving the viewing safety from my class c rv. She immediately knew what to suggest each time I had a question about many different systems. She was patiently on the call with me for about an hour, because I'm such a slow and methodical purchaser, but she hung in there with me the whole time and had a clear, cheerful, and pleasant voice too. Thank you, Rose!

I was trying to contact customer service online, and there was a message in the lower-right corner of the screen for Online Chat support, but clicking it did nothing. Finally, I called the number in the top-right corner and was connected to customer support. I received quick answers to my questions, and I was also helped online with placing the order. It was a good-quality, professional support for understanding the capabilities of the Camera System. I thank the Customer Service person for the professional help.
