So far the keyboard is great, but I’ll take off one star for the fact that when the lithium battery gives out in about 3 or 4 years, the keyboard will be unusable..

Works great. Everything that I expected.

I had a little problem with the tablet I had bought. The staff helped me resolve the issue though.

Had a few issues initially but once I had contacted customer service, Paula sorted everything out for me within just a few emails.

My keyboard has to be paired with my fire tablet every time I use it. My husband has a Fintie keyboard to his Fire and desn't have to do that.Since I don't know if it's the keyboard or the tablet, I rather am frustrated than unfair. Another little upset is the tablet stand;it collapses all of the time. and it shouldn't take much to improve that,other than that, I'im quite happy with my purchase.

They sent me a replacement after mine showed a lack of longevity. They have assured that new improvements will extend life. Were fast in responding.

What I order was rip on the side already was open ..

This case is great as it protects my iPad when I am cooking, I actually hang it around my neck so I can look at recipes on my iPad without getting it splattered with food! I did however find it a bit fiddly undoing the top to get my iPad in and then closing it, the principle is good but it is a bit awkward to be honest and you have to get them all lined up to close it and they don’t always stay in place so on reflection haven’t give it five stars.
