Hello there, Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry for any misunderstanding and inconvenience caused. In many cases where customers such as yourself are facing issues related to keyboards, we strive to fully understand the issue and troubleshoot to our best ability, as such, a video in cases like this is very helpful. By no means did we mean to imply you were lying to us. Again, I apologize for any misunderstanding. We would like to offer you a resolution to this issue by offering you a brand new replacement keyboard or a full refund for your order. Looking forward to hearing from you shortly. Kind regards, Ana Paola Manager, Communications Tablet2Cases

Hello Philip, Thanks for your review. Please accept my apologies that your order has not arrived yet. Upon investigation, I can see that your order was received in Canada on 22nd December. Unfortunately, since so much time has now passed, I believe that your order has been misplaced at the Canadian sorting facility. Please accept my apologies for this. We ship hundreds of packages on a daily basis and lost packages are a very rare occurrence, but can happen. I have gone ahead and arranged for your item to be reshipped via 2-4 day expedited delivery, and it should arrive well before your Amazon delivery cut-off of January 11th 2018. Thank you for your patience. Best Regards, Curtis Tablet2Cases

Dear Kimberley, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you have not yet received the FolderTab paper inlays you ordered. I sent you an email regarding this last week but unfortuantely have not heard back from you yet. I just checked your package and can see that there was an attempted delivery on 21st April. Unfortunately, there was no one at the address to accept the package. Your package is currently with FedEx awaiting information from you as to whether you wish to collect it from their pickup point or if you would like to arrange a redelivery. You can see the tracking here: https://track.aftership.com/fedex/778935793675 Please note that if FedEx does not receive a contact from you then they will return your package to us. We would then refund your order in full. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at [email protected] so we can help you further. Best Regards, Curtis Tablet2Cases
