Thank you for the feedback! We're happy to have you in the community! Enjoy your new computer!
I wanted to switch from MS Windows to Linux for a long time, but was scared because of the lack of Linux experience. I've been researching the options and a tech guy from local electronics store suggested system76. Honestly, I love everything about system76 and it seemed to be right up my valley. Pop OS turned out to be very user friendly. Didn't have to type any commands at all (so far). It's fast, it's simple and I love the hardware (Thelio Prime, in my case). ViewSonic monitor has some minor issues and I'm currently being helped by ViewSonic support for it. Love the System76 keyboard! So far, it's been great! No more endless Windows updates and Microsoft garbage!!! Thank you System76 for making my Linux journey a great experience!

Awesome feedback, thank you so much! Enjoy your new Thelio Prime and Launch keyboard!
I feel that system 76 has a commitment to providing computers that work well and are safe to use, even for someone like me who is not computer literate. I like that the computer comes with the office.

Excellent - the new system is great. Unfortunate that the previous one gave it up too soon (about 5 yrs).

Thank you for sharing, John! We hope this one lasts for many years for you!
I accidentally ordered the wrong computer. System76 issued me a RMA right away and refunded my money upon getting the computer back. I then ordered the correct computer. This is the fourth computer that I have bought from System76 over the past several years. They have always been very responsive to my questions and concerns from configuration questions to questions about the software. And shipments have always come in within the quoted time frame.

Very happy with my first strictly Linux box. This was my first time ordering from System 76 and will do so again.

A blast from the past but we still have a working Gazelle Professional ( gazp9 ) from 2013. We got a new 2025 model and thus far been very happy; its runs as stable as before.
