This product -UP 4014 Big Boy- is not even close to what they show in the ad. It feels like plastic and is not even close to resembling UP 4014. This a total scam!!!

I ordered 2 western initial bracelets on 06/20/26 for $34.42 that I have yet to receive. According to the tracking of one of the several tracking numbers I have it was delivered to my home. Not true. I live in a retirement, gated community and the package would've & should've been placed securely in my PO Box, not my front door. There is no proof of delivery. I want my product or my refund. No one will answer my emails.

If I could choose LESS than a one-star rating, I would. Do NOT order ANYTHING from this company! I saw this company advertised on Facebook - mistake number one. It is an overseas company...and with current state of geo-political affairs and the effects of climate change (excessive heat, floods, wildfires, etc.), order deliveries are becoming compromised - mistake number two. Expecting ANY form of customer service from Symtmetry, or them taking responsibility for their product delivery (one that was paid in full, including shipping and handling) - mistake number three. IF you expect a refund - DON'T! Symtmetry REQUIRES YOU TO PAY THEM AGAIN, not only for return shipping and handling, but also for replacement of the lost items in the order. A truly disappointing situation indicative of what the world is coming too: Pay More, Get Less!

This company is a complete scam! First off they charged me approx 20% sales tax, they were good about refunding that but I never received my order. They denied my request for a refund as the order was not shipped to my address. I live in Idaho the shipping confirmation said Wisconsin. Either they cannot read or they are a complete SCAM! I would rate them a -10 if possible. Don't waste your money or time with this company!

Never received item. I live in Phoenix AZ and it was delivered in San Francisco CA

Too small and not working as advertised

Product never received. I emailed the vendor shortly after the order was placed, as Paypal had a former address and I gave the correct address to the vendor. I never received a response from the vendor or the product.
