We are deeply sorry that our product did not meet your expectations. We value every piece of feedback and would like to clarify a few points here. Our product images are all taken of the actual items, and the models are all real people. However, we understand that lighting and screen displays can affect the presentation of colors and textures. We always recommend that customers carefully read the product description and size chart before purchasing. Regarding returns, our policy is clearly stated on our website. For returns not due to quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will strive to make the return process as simple as possible in the future. We are confident in the quality of our products and deeply regret that we have not been able to satisfy you.

Dear Customer: We apologize for your concern. We would like to clarify that our return and cancellation policy is clearly posted on our website, and all customers can view it before placing an order. Your first dress has been delivered, and our policy applies to all completed orders. Regarding the second dress—when we received your cancellation request, the order had already entered the shipping process, so we shipped it as planned. These timelines are also stated in our policy. We take our policy very seriously and consistently enforce it for all customers. We recommend that all customers carefully read the terms and conditions before purchasing. Sincerely, Customer Service Team
