My tickets were automatically closed twice because they did not respond in the ticket. I tried asking for exact amount of LTC but a staff only say 2 USD so I used ff.io to swap 2 USDT to LTC (ff order AY25BH; LTC txid: ad4a25ca9ca3df670f7abe1f0150452938a3bda3f0798c4592271091b59b75f7). 12 hours later, LTC price dropped around 2% so the value in the staff's wallet was only $1.95. That staff asks me to send another $0.25 to cover cost.
