At SwissWatchRepair.com, we believe that every fine timepiece deserves exceptional care. Our company began with a simple idea inspired by a passion for watches. A young watch lover once admired his father's cherished Submariner and realized that a great watch is much more than a tool. It represents memories, milestones, and personal history. That moment shaped the way we treat every watch that comes into our care today. We are the same trusted team, serving customers for more than fifteen years with a dedication to honesty, precision, and personal service. Our watchmakers and customer care specialists have more than forty years of combined experience working with Swiss brands, including Rolex, Omega, Breitling, and many others. Every repair request is handled with patience and respect. We understand that customers want clear communication, accurate information, and a service they can rely on.Our goal is to make the process simple and comfortable from the first conversation to the safe delivery of your restored watch. We use only genuine quality parts whenever available, and we stand behind our work with a full warranty. At SwissWatchRepair.com, we take pride in restoring watches and in building long-lasting relationships with the people who trust us with their most meaningful timepieces.

This is probably the best experience I’ve ever had. with getting one of my classic watches refurbished and repaired. The watch is taken care of with the utmost care from the point of shipping to the point of return. My 1962 Omega Deville looks like brand new and runs better than it ever has. This is the fourth watch I’ve had cleaned or fixed by swiss watch repair and the service just keeps getting better.

I’ve used Jeff and his Company several times and every occasion has been great. I feel safe sending my watch to them because of the tracking they provide. I appreciate Jeff calling me to discuss the repair needs and the smooth transactions to complete the work. My Submariner is like a good friend and shipping it is somewhat unnerving, but I feel safe knowing it is in good hands.

I recently sent my Rolex watch in for repair, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Everything went smoothly, efficiently, and exactly as expected. This is the fourth Rolex watch I have sent to them, and once again, their service, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. Their communication and efficiency make the entire process completely hassle-free. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and professionalism. I will definitely continue to use them for my future Rolex service needs.

I can't say enough about Jeff Herman and his team. When I got my Rolex submariner back it absolutely looked new and is running perfectly. Jeff Bends over backwards to make sure everything is perfect, and I especially liked the very safe shipping experience with tracking. It can be daunting trusting someone with a valuable timepiece but believe me this is one of the best experiences I've ever had in watch repair. My Rolex and I are both very happy!!! ,

It is so hard these days to find real watch craftsmen. Not only that, but craftsmen who run their business at a very high level of competence. Every aspect of their long distance service was executed flawlessly and instilled confidence in me that I made the right choice to trust Jeff with my timepiece. My watch was returned to me today and I was very impressed on how much better it looked than when I sent it. Thank you Jeff.

My 6 year old Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean watch was keeping lousy time. Swiss Watch Repair correctly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it in a timely manner and at a fair price. I couldn't be happier with their quality of service and professionalism.
