Paid for express shipping only to find out 3 days later my order was being held for additional information. They claimed my phone number was not a good number which it was clearly in my account profile. I requested they refund the express shipping fee since it is not express and they refused so cancelled my $161 order!! Terrible customer service!!

THEY ARE A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I would have read all these terrible reviews before I ordered. OMG I need 5 negative stars to review this company. I followed all instructions to return ill fitting, terribly made swimsuit within 15 days. They never sent a refund-said they sent an e-card. Did not receive it. I did not want an e-card. I wanted a refund. They refused even though all procedures were followed. I have been communicating with this company since July 2020! Now they can’t find the e-card but have refused to do refund or even issue a new e-card. FURIOUS🤬

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY. Too bad I can't rate with negative stars. After much sucking up by this online business regarding 100% customer satisfaction, I was sucked into buying 2 cover ups for $82.90 USD on December 6, 2020. (I live in Canada, so add 30%). I did not receive the items for almost a month - long after I was back from my sun vacation. They do not fit, so I attempted to obtain a return shipping label online. Impossible - kept getting an error message. So I immediately called CS; spoke with a woman who ordered a return label for me, assured me that because I had called immediately, she would place a note on the system for acceptance of my return without issue. A month later, my label has not arrived. I called CS today, spoke with Lisa and then a "Resolution Supervisor" Benjamin, who simply echoed what Lisa had told me "I'm sorry but there are no returns on international orders." I tried all ways to make him understand that this company had lured me online via email and pop-ups ad nauseum, promising 100% customer satisfaction if only I would purchase from them. All Benjamin repeated (smugly) over and over was "I'm sorry but that's the way it is"; "I'm sorry but that's the policy" and "I'm sorry but there's nothing I can do." Of course, when confronted with fact that no one had advised me that international orders could not be returned under any circumstances, he pointed out that the policy is written under "Returns & Exchanges" for International orders - right at the bottom (where one would not easily locate it). Their pushing to purchase is always followed by their "zero risk, 100% guaranteed satisfaction" words. Amazing. They have my $82.90 USD, I'm out the money with ill-fitting garments I cannot use, and they simply do not care to even try to make it right, not in the slightest. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered several items and still haven't received them. Have called several times with no help. Now they tell me I can't have them look into it until the end of February, nearly 2 months later! They state it was sent to USPS and they have not received anything. Then the company tells me it is being delivered by Pitney Bowes. Tried to call them and they can't tell me anything either. Meanwhile, I'm out $200.00. I will not use this company again and suggest you don't either.

I will not purchase from this site again. Firstly I ordered my swimsuit at the end of Nov 2020 and I have still not received it. They said they shipped it end of Dec but it has not been delivered. Have had much interaction with customer service who keep saying they cannot do anything about it as considered final sale 60 days after shipment. I am within this window so that does not make sense. I am open to then sending replacements or a refund but they do not wish to anything even though I am within their policy. I would not recommend this site as they have not delivered and are in no way even attempting to help resolve this.

Did early shopping buying suit for family member vacay. Item didn’t fit; past 60 day from date of mailing (exactly bc suit bought early for Christmas shopping). After two attempts at getting customer service to be understanding - they did “not” help. I now have a suit that can’t be used. I’ve bought from here many times; will no longer support due to them not caring about the customer.

18 times I’ve unsubscribed from this website. 5 times I’ve written to customer support to remove me from mailing list. As of today, 7-10 emails A DAY still come to my inbox. I will NEVER order another item from this company again. They spam you and sell your personal information. Who cares what their product is when you have to put up with you that, not worth it. They know what they’re doing and they don’t care

Repeated requests to be removed from the mailing list have failed. Last one two days ago, another message this morning. They do respond saying I will be taken off the list, but I never am. The messages now go to spam, but I'd rather not see them at all.
