We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand why you’re upset. Missing items, claim frustration, and concerns about the unloading process are serious matters, and this is not the kind of experience we want anyone to have. Claims do require supporting documentation as part of the standard process, but we understand that after a move, especially following a downsizing and cleanout, locating receipts may not always be easy. That said, your concerns about the missing items, the lack of follow-up, and the service you described during delivery deserve a proper review. We also take feedback about driver professionalism and the unloading experience very seriously. No customer should feel dismissed or like they are being treated as an inconvenience. Please send us your job number and updated contact information directly so management can review the claim history, the delivery concerns, and see what can be done to address this properly.

We’re sorry to hear that your move was frustrating and did not meet expectations. We understand your concerns regarding pricing, delivery timing, and the overall coordination of the move. Estimates are based on the inventory and space provided at the time of booking, and pricing can change if the shipment volume differs from the original estimate or if additional services or delivery conditions apply. That said, we understand how upsetting it is when costs increase beyond what you expected, especially after being told there would likely be no further changes under certain conditions. We also understand your frustration with the delivery timeline. While delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by scheduling, routing, and logistics, we know that receiving your shipment nearly a month after the projected window is stressful and unacceptable from a customer perspective. We appreciate that our office stayed responsive when you reached out, but clear communication alone does not make up for the experience you described. We would like the opportunity to review your file, including the revised cubic footage, delivery charges, and dispatch history, in more detail. Please send us your job number and contact information so management can look into this directly.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with parts of the move. Estimates are based on the inventory and access conditions provided at booking, and pricing can change if the actual shipment volume is larger than originally quoted or if additional circumstances at pickup or delivery require alternate arrangements. That includes situations where standard truck access is restricted and a smaller shuttle vehicle is needed. We also understand your frustration regarding the condition of certain items, missing parts, and debris left behind. Those are concerns that should be documented and reviewed through the proper claims and customer service channels. Pickup windows can also shift due to scheduling and route delays, even when updates are provided. We do appreciate your acknowledgment of the quick delivery, but we understand that does not outweigh the concerns you raised. If you would like this reviewed further, please send your job number and contact information so management can look into the pricing, damages, and service issues directly.
