SwiftCareMD is an asynchronous telehealth medical practice focused on one thing: getting patients a valid Doctors Note when they need one. Our U.S.-licensed physicians review every intake and issue work-absence notes, school-absence notes, and same-day sick notes — all online, all without a video appointment.Every Doctors Note from SwiftCareMD is:Reviewed and electronically signed by a board-certified, U.S.-licensed physicianIssued on official SwiftCareMD letterhead with a tamper-evident signatureStamped with the issuing provider's name, credentials, and medical license numberBacked by a dedicated employer/school verification line for HR, supervisors, and registrarsDelivered the same day — typical turnaround is 4 to 6 hoursOur process is built around clinical independence. A licensed physician reviews your symptoms, evaluates whether time off work or school is medically appropriate, and makes an independent clinical decision. This is store-and-forward telehealth — a model recognized by HHS and CMS — so there is no video call to schedule and no waiting room.SwiftCareMD is HIPAA-compliant. Patient information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is only ever accessed by the reviewing clinician. Our flat fee is $34.99 — no subscriptions, no upsells, no surprise charges. If a note is not issued because the clinician determines it is not medically appropriate, you are not charged for the visit.SwiftCareMD, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company headquartered at 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901. We exist to give working adults, parents, and students a respectful, private, and clinically legitimate path to the documentation their job or school requires — without the cost, wait, or transit of an urgent care visit.Website: swiftcaremd.com · Support: [email protected]

I wasn’t feeling well and getting my doctors note through Swiftcaremd saved me so much time and money. I won’t do it any other way from now on. Thanks so much!
