I bought two kitchen faucets, which are very nice, but there is a problem with one of them. Repeated emails have not been responded to. Repeated calls to their 888 and 800 numbers are not answered. Their Chat function does not respond.

But you ordered the gold faucet, and we've already replaced it for you.
No directions, parts missing no clear description of line placement not compatible with all filters systems parts cost over a hundred dollars and 7 hours to install and had to get a plumber to assist sprayer parts are plastic and will eventually peel.
