Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how disappointing it can be when you are unable to complete a redemption as expected, especially after having a positive experience with the games. 🏛️ We’d like to clarify that you have already successfully received a redemption for half of the amount through a gift card, so it is not the case that redemptions are simply being withheld. Regarding the card you attempted to use, unfortunately, not every card is always supported or able to process the transaction successfully. This can depend on either the card-issuing bank or the payment provider. If you would still like to complete the remaining redemption, we recommend contacting our Support team so they can help explore the available options, including trying to link an alternative card. You can also contact your bank to check whether there are any restrictions preventing the transaction from being processed. Alternatively, Prizeout remains available as a redemption option, and you have already successfully received one redemption through it. 🏺✨ We appreciate your positive comments about the site and hope we can help resolve the remaining issue so your overall experience with Sweepolis better reflects the enjoyment you’ve had with our games.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when you're trying to complete a redeem and things don't seem to be working as expected. After reviewing your interactions with our team, we'd like to provide a little more context. While our phone line may occasionally experience delays due to high demand, our live chat and email support channels remain available 24/7 and are actively monitored by our team. We also looked into the assistance you received and can see that our agents were working to help resolve the payment method issue. In fact, they provided instructions on several occasions regarding the information needed to manually link an alternative payment method for your redeem. We'd especially like to clarify that making another purchase is not required in this situation. If a card was not successfully linked during a previous purchase, or if a player would prefer to use a different payment method for redeem purposes, our team can assist with manually adding and verifying that payment method. In order to do so, however, we need certain details and documentation from the player before we can proceed. We understand how easy it is for miscommunication to happen when dealing with payment methods and verification requirements, especially when you're eager to receive your redeem. From our review, it appears that our team was attempting to move forward with a solution, but additional information was still needed before the process could be completed. We'd also like to reassure you that our support channels are available. We'd also like to clarify that our support options are currently functioning. You can reach us by emailing [email protected], by clicking the chat widget icon (the speech bubble with three dots inside) on the left side of the website, or by selecting Contact Guide at the bottom of the page. This will open the same support widget where you can start a conversation with one of our agents. We can see that you were previously able to contact our team through these channels. We'd love the opportunity to help get this resolved for you. If you return to your existing conversation with our support team and provide the requested information, our agents will be happy to continue assisting you with linking your payment method and completing the process. Thank you for your patience and for bringing your concerns to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve the experience for all players, and we genuinely hope to turn this experience into a positive one.
