I’ve had a great time playing slots (the cascading type, mostly). The design is not as gaudy as most other casinos which honestly made it all the more enjoyable.

Hi, Philip! Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the slots. We appreciate you taking the time to share this.
I signed up like 2 weeks ago & still can't get verified. Support won't help & emailing them don't help either. Can't even play till they fix the problem.

Hi, thanks for the update. To understand why this happened in your case, we’ll need to identify your account. Please contact support directly or provide your account details in the review so we can take a closer look.
Fake reviews. Money must be played through 20x before you can even cash out and it's a scam. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews.

Hi, thanks for sharing your concern. To clarify, the 20x playthrough requirement applies only to bonus or promotional credits, not to deposited funds. If you play using bonuses, those terms must be completed before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Deposits made without bonuses are not subject to this requirement. All promotion terms are clearly outlined before participation, and our support team can review any specific case to explain how the balance was used. If you’d like us to look into your situation, please contact support or provide your account details in the review.

Hello Lariel, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Based on the information provided in this review, we are unable to identify your account or locate your case in our system. As a result, we can only outline the most common reasons why an account may be temporarily restricted after a redemption attempt. In some cases, our security and compliance systems may apply a precautionary restriction if certain risk indicators are detected during a redemption or account activity review. These measures are automated and are intended to ensure platform security and regulatory compliance. We understand that you were enjoying the platform and that being unable to continue playing can be frustrating. We are sorry for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. If you would like us to review your case in detail, we kindly ask you to contact our support team directly or provide your account details in your review. This will allow us to investigate the situation and discuss possible next steps with you. Kind regards, SweepKing Team

Hello Thomas, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We would like to clarify that our payment and security systems detected a potential risk during the attempted transaction from your bank. As a result, the payment was automatically declined and the account was temporarily restricted as a precautionary security measure. These actions are taken to protect both our users and the platform and can occur even if a purchase was not completed. We understand that you were interested in using the SweepKing platform and exploring our games, and that being unable to do so may have caused frustration. We are sorry for the inconvenience this situation may have caused. You are always welcome to contact our support team directly. They will be able to review your case in detail and discuss possible next steps with you. Kind regards, SweepKing Team
