Love hearing that! A responsive support team and a platform that's easy to navigate are exactly the experience we aim to deliver. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback!
I am going neutral with the option to move the rating higher. There are quite a few things I like, in fact other than the redemption process there wasn't anything that prevents me from giving them 5 stars. I will give credit to Mike who is in charge of customer service. Unlike many other sites, who will turn tale and run the first time a customer has an issue, Mike will read what you have to say, acknowledge your concerns, especially when they are valid, he may not agrée of be in a position to get you the resolution you feel is just, but he won't ghost you. I will give him props for that.

We appreciate the thoughtful review and the balanced perspective. It's great to hear that, aside from the redemption process, your experience has been a positive one. We'll be sure Mike sees your kind words—he genuinely cares about taking the time to listen and help wherever he can, and we're glad that came through. We also appreciate your feedback on the redemption experience. Input like yours helps us continue refining the platform, and we hope we'll have the opportunity to earn that fifth star in the future.
