I have shopped with Swap many times- I was hesitant at first due to not being very impressed with like businesses I had tried, but my experiences from shopping to returns have always been wonderful, quick and fun! I recommend them to everyone who will listen, and will DEFINITELY continue to shop here in the future! Swap is my new favorite clothing store! ;)

So far. I have purchased nearly 20 items and have not been disappointed by the price, the condition or the description.

Shopping couldn't be easier. From the comfort of your own home, no time constraints, no getting dressed and pulling out the car. Lovely garments; all styles, designs, men, women, children, clothes, shoes, games. Carefully cleaned, and meticulously packaged. Arrives in timely manner. Refunds not a problem. Great on-line shopping; great prices. Many items still have the original tags. A must try if your willing to window shop and save big. Just a great shopping experience.

I saw a pretty top I wanted so I bought it. Very quickly sent, and well packaged. The top looked like the photo, but even prettier. It's gorgeous! I have not experienced any problems with Swap.com, although they are human and I imagine a few mistakes get out. I did have to return one item as I ordered the wrong size. No problem said Customer Service, and there wasn't! They are nice people at Swap.com, give them a try.

Every time I shop on Swap.com I am seriously so happy! Every item is quality, cool, trendy and also vintage, but they are priced the same way they would be in a regular, local thrift shop. I have never experienced an easier and better return policy from a store like this, and they have sales regularly. This is 100% my favorite online consignment store!

It is far better to buy on swap then to sell apparently. I have had pretty good luck with kids clothes and a few things for myself. Returns have been easy and free label easy to print. I sent a box of 25-30 items a month ago to sell and haven't seen any credit yet... reviews for selling are not very good though!

This site is amazing. I direct community theatre shows and swap.com has saved me hundreds of hours of thrift store shopping on my very small costume budget. The articles arrive in a timely manner and have been as depicted on the website. I love the email alerts. This saved me searching over and over again. I highly recommend swap.com for vintage, gently used clothing. My new favorite go to for shows and more.
