The one I gave was because they ain't no options. I made a withdrawal since 20th of March, 2024. Till now surveypop hasn't released my funds. I sent a reminder email after the expiration of the 2 working days. I was told extra 1 working day. Till this moment I'm typing this review survey pop hasn't paid me. My advice is be careful with them. They are not what they claim they are.

Update. I filed a BBB complaint for the money Mr. Fang and Survey Pop owes me a couple of weeks ago and have heard nothing back yet. I am protesting the sites that arbitrarily kick individuals of their platforms and keep the money the individuals earned. These are bad platforms and this is one of the worst. It is illegal to steal. It's is not the money it is the disrespect and shaming. Surveypop owes me 5$.

This is a scam. They don't pay you. They never answer emails to their support. Do not use any survey site connected to Social Loop LLC. They are scammers. If, like me you haven't been paid by them, report the app to your playstore as a scam.

everytime i move my phone around to view all questions it automatically cancels my survey now matter if i am all the way to the end

I recently left a survey about survey pop after this site went downhill and stopped producing any surveys I only gave 2 stars. However they seem to be back on top again. I also cashed out successfully this only took 2 hours. Welcome back survey pop.

Horrible app. Have been waiting over a week for my payout from taking surveys on the app and am still waiting (they claim it takes 1-2 business days to receive payment) nor have received any response to numerous support requests to figure out where my payout is. Reviews in the App Store show this has happened to many people but they’ve managed to bury those reviews with phony 5 star reviews. They are scammers!!

Done loads of surveys and got to the cash out amount of £5 and never got paid. Countless emails to them and they still have not paid me or even offered any correspondence just get an automated reply saying they have received my request and will respond in 1 business day. That was a month ago now and still not received my cash out. A terrible company with the worst customer service. Don’t download
