I love Sur La Table’s merchandise. Today, I had a horrible customer service experience and had to call back for one thing. Damon answered and solved the situation with the horrible service and apologized to me. This was a reasonable accommodation for a disabled person. I respect Sur La Table for going the extra mile on my second call. Thanks so much to Damon and the whole company.

Very difficult to use the website. My email and password combo, that I just used successfully recently, was not accepted. I asked for links to reset the pw at least 5 times in succeeding days—the link never came thru my mail. Finally, I was able to order thru an agent. Aldo was very calm and did a great job with my order.

Excellent customer service. I was having problems logging into my SLT account. Heidi very patiently walked me through the process and stayed on the phone with me until we resolved the issue.

My wife and I both ordered the same kitchen appliance at the same time. We decided I would cancel mine. I spoke with Christopher in customer service about the cancellation. He quickly handled my issue to my complete satisfaction.

One of two items shipped directly from the manufacturer arrived damaged. Rafael was courteous and helpful arranging a replacement item. This was my first Sur La Table purchase, and judging by the excellent customer service, won't be my last.
