Very helpful phone call with Sebastian led to resolving an order that was cancelled due to billing issues. It would have been nice to receive and email about why the order was cancelled, but Sebastian got it squared away.

I just had an incredibly positive experience solving a problem I created for myself. I accidently double ordered at Sur La Table, but when I talked with Christopher he quickly coordinated with purchasing and shipping and cancelled the double order.
