Heidy in customer service helped me get a refund that hadn’t been sent after a cooking class was cancelled. Very easy process

I called Sur La Table to check on an order that is in transit to my home. When I purchased the item it was on a deep markdown. I later received an email that offered an even deeper discount. I phoned customer service and spoke with Chris, who told me the new, deeper discount would be honored. I am so pleased. it was very nice of Sur La Table to honor the more deeply discount price. Chris was very helpful and took care of my request immediately.

I had a cooking class get canceled, but Chris was very helpful in getting me booked into a new class and honoring my discount. The whole process was fast and easy,

When it comes to calling Sur La Table and customer service: I give this place a 10! I had some questions about the cooking classes that I had purchased. I could not find the confirmation emails that were sent that showed the date and the time of the events. I also bought one as a gift for someone else who was not able to make it and wasn’t sure what could be done with the ticket, I had a very good experience with Chris. He was polite, patient, and accommodating and resent the confirmation emails to me and guided me on what I could do with the cooking class that was a gift for someone else. Chris had everything to me within minutes! Looking forward to the experience at our cooking classes.
