Placed an order, tried to cancel about 15 minutes later via phone call. They told me it was ready to be shipped and that I could not cancel the order. Despite the ridiculousness of not being able to cancel the order their call center employees located in Mexico City are incredibly rude. I will never buy online from Sur La Table again

Their customer service is not good. Tried to cancel an order within minutes of placing it. Was told they couldn’t because the order was already in the fulfillment process. Five days later and the order still had not shipped. There are many similar complaints about this problem. Good customer service would address this failure.

Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a braiser Sur La Table 5.5 inch pan and I was told the price could not be matched to the black Friday price even though it was in the month of Nov, Nov 9 ship date and there was nothing they could do about it. The item was also delayed in receipt and shipping took to long. Macys has much better customer service.

Made an order for items I needed 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. Items were never delivered on time. I asked to have address changed to my home address and no one could help not did anyone seem to care. The supervisor Edward seemed annoyed I was bothering him. Needless to say I did not get my order on time for Thanksgiving. No wonder why this place is going under. Treating customers like this says it all. I will never shop with them again.

I bought the13qt air fryer because I was told it was a good product. I can't get this thing to heat well at all. The bottom doesn't heat well. Toast doesn't even toast on both sides. I've tried without the bottom tray & with it. This is not working well! Is it a fluke. Twice it burned my food on top but the insides were raw! I understand the bigger one is great, is this one not as powerful? This has been happening since I bought it. I really tried to give it a chance. Nope! Update :Dec. 3, 4;15pm-I just talked to their representative & was told to ignore the preset buttons & play with using it. Unlike an oven, this bake, toast, function does not cook from the bottom. I complained about TOAST & was told to lower the preset tempt, then flip it & toast again. According to the book &online info, this is not how it should work. Don't buy it, if not just as an air fryer. I'm lucky I saved my toaster oven in the garage. Costco is supposed to stand behind this product, but I was told I'm out of luck. Live& learn. Don't get this one. Cinnamon buns burned on top, raw inside. I did have to flip them to cook!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service experience I had. Not only were they unhelpful, but I also encountered dishonesty in their communication. I sincerely regret choosing to do business with them.

This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I made a mistake on the shipping address for my order and contacted customer service within an hour to fix it. Despite the order not being shipped or processed, I was told nothing could be done and to wait for tracking to update so I could call UPS. When I did, UPS informed me that only the shipper could authorize an address change. I called customer service again and was given conflicting, inaccurate information—one representative even falsely claimed they could update the address but didn’t follow through. Meanwhile, UPS confirmed that all it would take is a simple request from the company to fix the issue. Instead, I was left to deal with the runaround and was essentially told to let the package go to the wrong address. Now, I’m out $300 with no solution in sight. It’s infuriating that a company would treat its customers this way. This was an easily fixable issue, yet their customer service team has been so unhelpful.

Fraudulent company. I ordered a panini press and some storage containers from Sur La Table. When I opened the box, only the storage containers were there. When I reached out to customer service they said I had no proof that the panini press wasn’t delivered because the computer told them it shipped. This is absolute fraud. They stole my money and did not give me the product I paid for. Update:I’m pleased to report that Sur La Table has looked into my issue and apologized for the misunderstanding. It was a poor customer service experience that they have rectified. I appreciate the resolution, however, this is my second issue I’ve had with this company so I will no longer be a customer.
