Everything else was acceptable. The shipping speed and the free samples and packing. However they missed an item in my order and took about 3 days to get it figured out. I had to send pictures for proof and when Im sure they could have just reviewed my order number. But everything else was acceptable.

They put the cart before the horse: I Received an email saying that my order had been red flagged as fraudulent after they charged my CC. The only way to ship the order was to pay with paypal. I obeyed. They refunded my CC but their mistake costed me $5 USD. Then I received a confirmation with tracking information that my order had shipped but never did till a week later since they were waiting on the products to come in and only once they came in they were able to get them out... Disappointing to say the least.

I ordered hydroxy elite pro last Tuesday or Wednsday and have not recieved it by mail yet. I paid for the extra for upgraded shipping and if I don't get it by tomorrow I am planning on calling. Sorry, I wish I had a better review at this time. However, I have ordered from this site before and did recieve my product in a timely manner.

The service is great and fast. But I am very upset with neurocores I received. All in stone. A lack of respect for an active client suppz. 4 pots Neurocore lumpy.

The tracking code does not work, I lost an order and got no response from you. # 100083210 - LM212099039US. I think back to the warehouse suppz, and did not have the money returned. $ 91,08

Everytime I order there are stocking and shipping issues. Not worth the discount on Questbars if I have to call/email to actually have them delivered. Each time I was told it would not happen again and I would receive a " swag bag" full of extra stuff for the hassle but nothing extra arrived.

dear friend, I made the purchase, but for some reason my parents sent back the items. Makes 3 months or more email sending u saying this problem to you, but not you guys gave me attention, I was not refunded my item nor sent again. I am a long time customer and would like to continue shopping with you, however I'm Mutio bothered by this situation. Still await a solution to this problem. grateful.
