Offered a fair price but wouldn't match the website price at the store. Even thou the commercial says they do. Why waste the money of shipping to my house when I could get it at the store and waste my time.

Delivery of supplements is overall timely and prices are great. Customer service is not accomodating to handling discrepancies. I have had multiple orders come missing items and have been shipped an item with inadequate postage and had to go out of my way to pick up the package and also pay additional postage. They do not offer anything for inconvenience, and when they do they do not hold true to it. I am unpleased with recent service

One of the items I ordered arrived with 8 weeks of remaining shelf life having been manufactured 22 MONTHS EARLIER. The company offered to accept a return of the product, but AT MY EXPENSE. I find this unacceptable unless they warn you in advance that this is a short shelf life product. I suggest they make customers aware of products with little remaining shelf life and let the customer decide before ordering.

Purchased my products and was supposed to be 2-5 day shipping. Did not receive my products until 7 BUSINESS DAYS later. Still even waiting for my other products to arrive. I purchased them on 3/9/15 and still haven't received them.

I ordered the sample pack, and was expecting to receive a wide array of products to try. When I opened my envelope though, there were about 7 packets of the same single serving fat burning pill, a couple of three different pre workouts, and one BCAA packet. I was pretty disappointed with the selection I received.

It was overall good except the fact that the free samples were not included. Not that im super cheap but its just that if it says it is part of the order then it should be part of the order
