I have been in support for 3 years but its worth it to get gta 5 back

so one of my social club accounts got hacked and I contacted support. At first, I got a response asking for more security information which I gave them. Never heard from them since. If your account gets hacked you are screwed. Wish rockstar would care about their player base again! UPDATE THEY GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK SO UPPING MY STARS thanks r*

I bought GTA V a while ago... Today when I logged into my account to install the game to my surprise it says I have to buy the game again. I tried to contact support but got no response. Miserable company with miserable support. I will not buy anything from this company again and I do not recommend anyone doing it

Ich muss anderen schon Recht geben , Support ist so vorhanden wie Demokratie in Nordkorea.

Supportqualität ist echt teilweise unterirdisch. Teilweise habe ich schon zweimal dieselbe Antwort bekommen. Manchmal hab ich eine völlig nicht das Thema betreffende Antwort bekommen. Alles recht fragwürdig.

Despues de 30 horas de juego la reseña era 10/10 a casi las 60 horas de juego cambio esta reseña: Muchos hackers, no vale la pena gastar dinero en lingotes. Rockstar en su clausula no le importa si tienes o no culpa de que otros hackers entren a tu sesion a spawnear animales legendarios o items. Igual te culpan de ser parte de esas "salas de dinero" y te sancionan por ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

A poor experience, rockstar disregards all reports except for those related to shark cards as all they want is that money. They don't care at all for their community, shown by the lack of care shown for the millions of players recently account reset. GIVE US OUR ACCOUNTS BACK!! #ROCKSTARRESET #BOYCOTTROCKSTAR
