Very happy with my new diffusers, great price on a great product!

I was billed before the merchandise was sent only to be notified after a week that the product was not in stock. The only reason I was told the product was out of stock was after an inquiry as to the status of my order. Then had to have a refund issued. Very poor business practices.

I still haven't received some of my order and it's been a month. I got some partial refund with no explanation for what item it was for. When I tried to call customer service a message always tells you they're too busy to talk and to go online. When you connect to offices you are put in an endless line. Horrible experience. I'm back using Amazon.

Price is at its best... Should work on this e-commerc site's look...
