Bought a scooter from them about 4 years ago. Battery died 1 year later. Have not been able to purchase a new battery. Website claims they are sold out. For almost 2 years. Total waste of $500. It sits in my garage useless. Stay away from this company!

ordered replacement batteries and the ones Super Cycles sent were old and would not take a charge. I reached out to them but they never responded. $160 wasted.
