Hi Richard, we are sorry for the UPS issues. We refunded you the UPS charges a couple of days ago, as well as refunding you 20% for a discount code. You should have received two emails confirming the refunds from authorize.net We hope in the future UPS will get there act together. Remember, in order to receive your package overnight, you must order before noon EST.
