In your previous purchases, you used our loyalty discount code, which saved you 10%. Thus the price was less. Today, however, you did not use the loyalty discount code. Plus, we called and left you a voicemail that we will be refunding you 33% because we are currently running a cyber deal and we didn't want you to miss it.
