Very prompt in responding to shipping issues with UPS. Excellent service. They called the Monday after the order to confirm both the order and details. Stayed in communication regarding product details and options. Product arrived exactly as ordered, and even with a better performing cooler than the Intel stock cooler, which I was not expecting.

The original order had a leadtime. Unfortunately, it was too long for me to wait. I was provided with an optional device which met my criteria. They took the lead and offered a resolution, did not add to the problem. Great service.
