Weather I have a repair issue or a new vehicle I have always been treated with respect and understanding of how important the accessible vehicle is to me. A great group of people!

Sam Cook continues to make his customers' needs a mission. His employees are not only friendly, courteous and caring but also knowledgeable. When we purchased our first ramp van, we were novices and found the information they shared very helpful. Now after many years of doing business with Superior Van & Mobility, nothing has changed. They still do excellent work and have great respect for their customers. Thanks for your integrity. It is much appreciated.

I’m pleased to inform you that I have been contacted by Superior van personnel and they are very sorry that I had a problem. They assured me that my concern was appropriate and they will try to not let this happen to someone again. They will be reimbursing me for the cost. I’m very grateful for this & have renewed faith in there company. Sorry I forgot to change there rating. I give them a 5

The staff is amazing!! Purchasing a wheelchair accessible vehicle was something I never thought I would have to do, but Superier Van and Moblity made the process painless, easy and fun!
