Yiur getting the 1 star because I have received a loan from you in 2015 and paid it off,but I received by email that I wasn't approved because of poor payment history

Well I just done understand I had a loan with this company more then once and just because I file bankruptcy they done want to Refinance the loan what I don’t understand is that the payment is coming out my payroll every two weeks it’s not like I have to look for the money and pay them

I hate that there is no way to login to see where you are as far as the loan you have
