Terrible Business - What a Ripoff
Even if you write the negative review, don't hold your breath Rosalind Smith will let it stay on her website. She is a flat out crook - doesn't care who she steals from or what her reputation is. Once she gets your money, forget about it. You would do better booking on your own instead of paying over double with Superior Cruise and Travel

Unexpected Experience
Previously, I’d used Superior Cruise and Travel (SCT) for my birthday trip and was delighted with the whole experience but that’s a different review. Recently, I was in a consult with them about making plans for my next birthday trip when life happened and I had to put everything on hold. I went from planning a birthday vacation to being homeless for 3 months. I explained that as much as I was looking forward to planning, I had to focus on finding a temporary place to stay until a new place had become available. It never occurred to me to consult with a travel agency as this wasn’t a vacation by any means, but surely enough, I was presented with options. SCT really stepped up and came through for me. It was completely unexpected that they would even be a viable option for helping me but they did and it couldn’t have been a better experience. What would have been a stressful time, actually felt like a vacation. SCT arranged for my temporary housing in a nice hotel near work, and the accommodations even included a local shuttle so I didn’t have to drive to work. It was great. I highly recommend working with this company. They’re compassionate, fair, accommodating and they go the extra mile to satisfy their customers’ needs.

I just got back from my family vacation…
I just got back from my family vacation to France and couldn't be more happy (and relaxed)! We used Superior Cruise & Travel from the recommendation of a friend and had a great experience. Our agent was able to help us decide where to go and what to do based on our interests. This was our first time and didn't really know where to go. In a span of ten days we were able to visit and stay in Paris, Nice, Marseille and Normandy! Our flight actually got delayed 8 hours but with the help of our Travel Agent, we were able to extend our trip on the end to make up for inevitably lost time. I'm so happy we used this company to book our best family vacation yet. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Bonjour! Thank you for taking the time to share and write a review.
We are pleased to hear our team gave you the tools and plan to experience one of the most beautiful countries in Europe. Hopefully, you have plenty of memories to last you and your family a lifetime. While we would love to have everything go according to plan, it is nice to learn you were able to extend your trip to make up for lost time due to flight delays.
Please reach out to us any time you think of travel, near or far.
Worst customer service-possible suing
Worst customer service. Book a trip in 2020, then covid took the world by storm. Was forced to move it to 2021. Had to take a different job and lost all vacation time had with previous company. Then moved it but they already took more money out so we couldn’t take the exact trip. Then had to change jobs again and my wife lost her job. Was told sorry and we ended up loosing 5,000 dollars and no refund was given. Worst customer service and thinking of suing.
Glad you can reply with emails. I’m short I don’t care about policies or what was said. In reality you took over 4,000 and didn’t return a dime.

We can only imagine how you and your wife must be feeling with your travel credit of $3,874.72 expiring today which is also the last day your trip could have departed. The last three years have changed so many lives and circumstances in countless ways. We are saddened to hear of your circumstances which prevented you from traveling as planned. That said, we are surprised and baffled to hear of your dissatisfaction with our services provided to you and for you.
After thoroughly reviewing your account including emails and several recorded calls, we have a clearer picture of your frustration after three cancellations and nearly a dozen “plans” to travel. Unfortunately, your honeymoon in March 2020 was cancelled at the onset of the pandemic. Like many others and knowing what we know today, accepted of future travel credit with the bonus funds greater than your initial purchase was the much more enticing option.
Well before the extension of the expiration date, your future travel credit was applied to your 1st rescheduled trip to celebrate your 1st anniversary March 2021. Sadly, you had to cancel a month before departure and new travel credit was issued under your travel protection coverage. This travel credit was applied to your 2nd rescheduled trip departing in December 2021, the last opportunity to use the bonus credits and six months before expiration. Fortunately, your travel protection coverage afforded the flexibility to cancel for any reason for a new future travel credit only, excluding bonus credits initially offered, even when you cancelled less than 18hrs before departure. We understand trepidation, caution and prudence which is still common when planning international travel today.
With your expressed concern for international travel and 13 months remaining to use your newest travel credit, it appears you were offered local and regional destinations over a weekend or two to help put you and your mind at ease, ideally without any out-of-pocket expense. Some options were within driving distance of your home, all of which were not options for you and your wife.
In the spring of 2022, your frustrations had clearly mounted and prompted you to reflect and graciously offer an unsolicited apology to one of our team members.
Excerpt Email from May 5, 2022:
“First off...I want to apologize on my behavior to you...I understand if you do not want or will not work with me. If you decide you do want to work with us, we both have changed jobs...We are just now in a position to where we can start thinking about a trip again...Again I do want to apologize and hope you can forgive me.”
Your heartfelt apology was accepted and shared with our team as we believe everyone deserves compassion, not only a second chance as we rarely have the full picture of what someone is going through under the pressures of our world today. Sadly, what became our final attempt to assist you with the use of your travel credit did not come to fruition for reasons unknown until today for a trip to depart December 23, 2022.
Email from December 9, 2022
“Sorry, we are unable to take the trip. I guess we will just not use the credit. Really sucks”
We agree with you, Keith, it "sucks." It also remains unclear how the perception of our services provided to and for you correlates with the upset and truly disappointing loss of your expiring travel credit. It is our desire for our clients to travel and explore while creating fond memories to reflect upon for a lifetime, or at least until their next trip.
As your third anniversary approaches, we hope you celebrate well, together.
Still waiting on refund from April, 2020!
We had a trip planned to Italy for April of 2020, when Covid hit. After waiting now over a year and a half, and after multiple calls and emails, we are still waiting for all of our refund. We received back only 50% from this travel agency, so still looking for over $5000, despite an email from this travel agency's general manager stating my "eligible outstanding refund due" was $11,606. I have been given multiple excuses....

Dear Rebecca,
Like you, we at KROZ, LLC wholeheartedly agree and believe you are entitled to a refund for your involuntarily cancelled trip to Italy in 2020. Unfortunately, the terms of your contract with Superior Cruise & Travel, LLC appear not to permit a refund under "any circumstances." The documentation provided to you was to help you proceed though any legal process for recovery. We are here to assist and support you in any way permissible under such an impervious interpretation of your terms and conditions.
Vacation disaster averted.
We were all set to go to Universal Studios on our own but missed our flight! Stuck in the airport, without another flight out today I stared calling travel agents. My agent, booked us on the spot. New air. Added a car. Extended our stay and saved our vacation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for cleaning up our vacation mess. We will always book with Superior rather than do it ourselves. Thanks a million.

Booked a trip before covid was told I…
Booked a trip before covid was told I would be receiving a refund after being told they can no longer issue a refund I booked a weekend trip to Florida using a 2500 credit. A car rental shockingly was over the limit for the credit. Submitted my credit card info for the balance was charged three times one being the correct amount and two other charges I’m now having to dispute. Will never use this agency again! Horrible experience! I come to find the charge was actually from bedsonline for a hotel an additional 220$ to my card which should have came off through my large credit. Super frustrating!

Welcome home! We agree, it is frustrating we were unable to initially authorize the car rental charges to your debit card. However, we were pleased to help you by securing a cost effective car rental during a car rental shortage which did not require an additional onsite $1,000 deposit, as you were unable to secure a vehicle on your own. As we discussed, our travel supplier partner Bedsonline, has assured us the partial holds, although unsuccessful transactions, will automatically come off of your account. If you have any issues with the unsuccessful charges, please contact us and/or your bank.
