I order an received a tool roll! Product came In defective Paint actually flaking off of leather ( I think it’s leather) Received and contacted Friday So far no response Good design bad quality Waiting ..

Ordered and PAID for an OVAL pot; got a ROUND pot
Ordered and PAID for an OVAL pot. Got a round pot. Waiting for fair correction of Superfly Bonsai's mistake that is a burden on me. Do not see any fair and reasonable solution offered by their website policies. Wrote to them: asked for what I ordered and paid for in advance. asked for paid shipping label if they want their mistake returned. Waiting for response.
