I bought my SUPCASE in February. In May I broke the retaining tab off the holster. I contacted customer support and they promptly replace my SUPCASE with a new one at no cost to me.

Even though the broken part was out of warranty, I replacement was sent. Good customer relations prevailed, unusual in today's business model.

Excellent customer service. I had a case for my iPhone 14 for about 10 months and the clip broke within days they sent me a new one and honored their warranty without any issues I received a new phone case days later.
