Great products and customer service

I've had several supcases for my Samsung phones over the years. Excellent products and great customer support. Recently had a case break at the pin that holds the magnet portion on. Supcase ask a few questions and offered extended warranty replacment. Above and beyond my expectations.

Best case ever, the case breaks before my phone. What I mean is the case breaks so that my phone doesn’t, bought like 2-3 replacements per phone( had each phone for about 4-5 years). Used the same brand for the XR now for the 14 amazing case highly recommend.

Cancelled an order shortly after placing it. They got back to me right away and didn’t send it so I didn’t have to deal with a return. I did manage to buy a case from i-blason which is owned by the same parent company that owns supcase. And I love it!

My spouse has a lot of medical issues from the military. Causing Dropping the iPhone more than the average person. Tried a few other brands, the back glass cracked or camera lens cracked. We just wanted to see if they were as Tough as a SupCase.. NO! We just got a New case for the 17 Pro Max!! Another Proof on How heavy duty these cases are.... Way back in the iPhone XR era, my spouse dropped the phone to grab our grandson as he ran into the parking lot of publix. Guess what.. The phone was run over, and it still worked. Had some rock damage, but the Case saved the day.. Thank You Supcase, for the Military Grade Proof!!

Quality case overall. Hadba slight issue with the holster. Contacted customer service, and they handled it right away. Good job all around. Would recommend this product.

Solid case just make sure you order the right size for your exact phone. One of the key things I like is the protective cover that protects the camera
