Great case fill like my cell phone is safe in this case

Honestly when I bought the Supcase, I figured if it broke I would just get a new one. Most of theee companies have a “warranty”. Well I had an issue, figured what the heck I’ll try the warranty. Sure enough they replied. I had to do something pretty simple, I complied and replied. Then they said the replacement part would be on its way. And it was! Really remarkable service.

Quick and easy

Supcase is genuinely the best! The cases are pretty strong but what makes them stand out is their customer service. About 1.75 years into owning my first Supcase, unfortunately the case had ripped by the edge. I contacted their customer service who was very understanding and quickly got me a replacement. Their customer service is top notch and sets an example for others to follow.

Installation went smoothly. The screen stays free of the usual marks that appear when the phone sits in my pocket or bag. MagSafe works exactly as it should. The magnet ring holds with solid force, so the wireless charger snaps on firmly and stays put. I’ve used several magnetic accessories with it, and the connection feels reliable every time. Of the cases I’ve tested, this one has the strongest magnet. Protection is where this case really earns its place. Full hinge coverage and the four-corner airbag design gives me real confidence. I haven’t dropped it from any height, but the solid build makes me feel safer whether the phone is in my hand or resting on a surface. It’s built like a tank. The metal ring doubles as both a grip and a stand. I can loop a finger through it for a more secure hold, then fold it out when I want to watch something hands-free. It works in both portrait and landscape, so it’s easy to prop up on a desk or nightstand. The stand itself is very sturdy. Textured sides add extra grip, so my hands don’t slip as easily even when they’re a bit sweaty from being outside. Combined with the overall rugged shell, this case feels like genuine protection rather than just another cover.

I have bought about 5 phone cases and holders. They are quality products. The warranty return process was seamless. The replacement was sent within a week. Now I have a spare if my original holder breaks. Thank You.
