No problem getting case fixed , supcase is a great iphone case . Have been using them for several years and this is first time i had a problem with screen cover seperating but they sent me a replacement quickly . Awesome case and awesome customer service !

My belt clip broke and just out of curiosity I checked to see if there was any warranty that came with this case. I was pleasantly surprised that it includes a one year warranty. I really didn’t want to buy another case. My last case from a different company only lasted a little past the return period. I have purchased a few of the Unicorn Beetle Supcases in the past and never had any issues with them. To make things short and sweet they sent me a replacement belt clip under warranty. I’m pleased with how everything went and the assistance that I received. They are a very good company. Thank you.

I had a great experience with SUPCASE customer service. After I had an issue with my delivery, their support team responded quickly and professionally. Since the original white case was no longer available, they allowed me to choose another color and promptly arranged a Purple replacement. I really appreciate how they handled the situation and kept me informed. Great customer service, and I would purchase from SUPCASE again.

I broke my belt clip for my SUPCASE and can't stand carrying my phone in my pocket. SUPCASE support was amazing in getting a replacement shipped quickly!
