Sunwise Capital launched in 2010 to solve a constant problem for small businesses: getting true business financing and working capital based on the business—without forcing owners into a personal-loan experience. Today, we’re evolving into a modern commercial lending platform built for established businesses that value speed, transparency, and smart structure. We help owners access working capital and business loans, expand growth through equipment financing, and provide commercial real estate financing for qualified borrowers, including owner-occupied purchases and refinances. The goal isn’t just funding—it’s helping you create a stronger financial foundation, improve cash flow resilience, and build long-term wealth. Our difference is how we combine urgency with disciplined underwriting. We use a data-driven champion-challenger approach and a sophisticated loan decision framework to evaluate opportunities quickly while matching businesses to the most appropriate option. Because financing is often time-sensitive—inventory, payroll, expansion, acquisitions, and unexpected expenses—our process is designed to move fast: apply in minutes, receive a decision quickly, and when available, access same-day funding within hours. Sunwise Capital has helped 86,000+ small businesses move on opportunities with confidence and keep momentum when timing matters most. Our Guarantee Apply NowFAQ

This is my 4th loan with this company and it’s been 5-stars each time. I’ve tried several brokers in the past and the offers through Sunwise ALWAYS win. So I don’t even try anymore…I just call/email Vivian.

I am very happy with my returns. The profit I make I put half away, and I give the other half to charity.
