Their on line price guide leads you to believe that you can have an awning for one price and when they get to your home it's more than twice of that price. A real bait and switch.

Zero post sale service
Zero post sale service, and worst of all NO SERVICE AVAILABLE IN MY AREA . What that means is that is no one I can call to replace a broken part on my OASIS RETRACTABLE AWNING. The quality is decent but thay have no systamatic service as one may need. The nearest "dealer" lives about 100 miles away and never comes to my City, Columbia (the Capital city of South Carolina) , SC....
