They advertise new products, however when they are purchased they look used. They have an easy return policy, however they will state your product is used although it was used when it was delivered and reduce your refund by 10%. Do not buy online from this company.

After 7 weeks my order still wasn't ready. Its almost impossible to reach anyone by phone and you will always get a voicemail. The company did refund my money back quickly after I requested so due to the long timeframe.
