Very awesome staffing

Great looking storm/wind screens. Liked the side spring mechanism system. Priced a little higher, but think it is well worth it. All of the staff is awesome. Explanation of the workings and installation was great!

I have a very small warranty claim, the lock on my screen door broke. I think it is a $5 part and I offered to replace it myself. I sent 3 text messages to Kyndale Benton who helped me through the whole installation and responded within 30 minutes, but nothing happened. I sent an email to their customer service, but got no response. Unbelievable how this company doesn’t care about their customers. I spent over $20K, had a great experience but now they just ignore their customer. This has been going on since May. Not good, there are better companies in NC.
