Meleah explained the integration information, the technical info and communication process to resolve any and all questions related to our solar-related usage. She provided "over-and-above" customer service, explained how to read our solar usage, what to do in case of emergency and how to contact customer service whenever needed in addition to helping us load the app for our solar power. She is exceptional.

The technician who supported our installation was Warren Grennan. Warren was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient, he made sure that our system is not just connected to the house wifi but also connected to the backup network. He has answered all of our questions and showed us how to access the mySunPower app to track the usage and stats. We highly recommend him.

Warren was very polite and helpful with the entire installation process. Getting connected was seamless and exactly how he described it would be. Getting everything set up on the app after all the installation was complete was quick and thorough. He left with me feeling confident with my system and how everything works.

I got my solar panels activated this week by Ryan K and it was a great experience. Even though I wasn't scheduled until a week later, he happened to be in the area and knocked on my door to see if I would like to get my panels activated sooner. I'd been waiting on the electric company to approve my panels for over a month, and was super eager to get it started, so yes! Ryan was professional and patiently answered all my questions. The app is visually appealing and very satisfying to use. I'm very satisfied with SunPower, would recommend!
