I purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses for a reduced price (having applied a promotional code) on a bank holiday weekend and they were delivered within a week. Unfortunately the wrong pair appeared to have been picked from the warehouse/store so I telephoned the number on the delivery note and explained the situation. The lady I spoke to immediately emailed me a paid returns post label and I used the original packaging. Three days later I was emailed that the package had arrived there and the new sunglasses were with me next day. I appreciate mistakes get made and whilst I had to wait an extra week for my purchase the error was handled efficiently and rectified to my satisfaction.
