Hi Chris, I am very sorry for the frustration regarding your comforter order. I know you mentioned you've already reached out to us, and we want to locate that conversation and get this completely resolved for you immediately. Because Trustpilot profiles don't share your order number or checkout email address, we unfortunately haven't been able to match your review to your account or locate your previous messages under the name "Chris." We want to make this right. Please reply to the information request we sent you here on Trustpilot, or reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your order number so our support agent can personally locate your file and assist you right away. Thank you for your patience!

Hi David, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that the fit and quality of your item did not meet your expectations. Because this item was a Final Sale purchase, it is not eligible for a return. Our support team did reach out to you via email to offer a site credit as an alternative solution to help ease the disappointment, but we completely understand and respect that this wasn't the resolution you were looking for. We appreciate your honest review and have passed your comments regarding the fit and material directly to our product team.

Hi Kara, I am so sorry for the delay in getting your daughter's birthday gift to you. We know how much those special dates matter, and we truly apologize that the delivery time exceeded our website's estimate. It’s also clear that our initial response wasn’t as personal or helpful as it should have been given the situation. I have confirmed through tracking that the pending item of your order was successfully delivered today. While we know the timing wasn't perfect, we sincerely hope your daughter enjoys her new items and that they make her birthday celebration a bit more comfortable. Thank you for your patience and for sharing your honest feedback with us.

Hi Tim, thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion regarding the color of your order and the trouble with our automated system. After looking into your account, it appears the 'Granite' items received match the original order placed. However, we want you to love what you have! Please check your inbox for an email from us so we can help you with an exchange for the set you prefer.
