Receiving nine bottles of shampoo that you did not order, then having to contact us more than once to arrange the return, understandably made an already unexpected situation even more stressful. We also understand how frustrating it must have been to follow up about your refund and not receive the clear, timely assistance you were expecting. We sincerely apologize for the lack of continuity you experienced with our support process, including the difficulty you had communicating with our AI assistant after your return had already been received. You should never have had to explain the situation repeatedly or feel as though you were going in circles just to get an update on your refund. We take responsibility for that experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’re glad we were able to connect with you directly through our Loyalty Team and get everything resolved. A full refund was processed on October 3, and we reached out to you personally to confirm that the refund had been completed. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry for the frustration and confusion you went through. Receiving an empty box after placing an order is incredibly disappointing, and we completely understand how upsetting it was to then have difficulty getting clear answers about your reshipment. As soon as we learned that your package had arrived empty due to a system glitch, we took ownership of the mistake and processed a reshipment immediately. Unfortunately, the communication that followed did not go the way it should have. When you reached out to check on your reshipment, our AI assistant, Luma, responded based on the original order status and indicated that your order had already been delivered, which caused additional confusion. Each time you were connected with a live agent, you were reassured that the reshipment had been processed, and we regret that you still had to reach out multiple times for clarity. We’re especially sorry that it took three separate attempts to get the help and reassurance you needed. We never want any customer to feel stuck, unheard, or like they’re going in circles. While our AI assistant did respond initially, a delay in follow-up caused it to lose context, and the experience didn’t come together the way it should have. That’s on us, and we’re actively working to improve how these systems work together so communication feels seamless and consistent. We sincerely apologize for the runaround and for the frustration this caused. We truly appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right.
