summit hosting is a joke
summit hosting is a joke. seems like every week i am emailing back and forth trying to resolve some sort of problem. this has caused my company to loose revenue multiple times. instead of talking to a live agent they seem to communicate VIA email which is very poor customer service. I as a company do not recommend using this service.

Hi Stacey, We’re sorry to hear how frustrating things were when you posted this. Since then, we’ve expanded live support options and made major improvements to response times. We appreciate your feedback... it played a role in those changes. - Team Summit
