Good company to buy from with great prices and very prompt delivery.

I knew what I wanted, and this site has it cheaper than amazon or the manufacturer's site. And it got to me more quickly than they promised!

I had some trouble because of my credit card and the second i email them i took them about 20 minutes to email me back. when calling their customer service seemed really nice i'm definitely buying from then again if i need to.

VERY GLAD I DID! I ended up having speak with a CSR as they were having a minor glitch in their website, but the CSR was super and the sale went through without a hitch. The luggage arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to purchase from Suitcase.com again. Highly recommended!
